Come experience a different kind of Sunday Funday! 😉 Treat yourself to a pop-up that will leave you feeling energized, inspired and ready to take on the week ahead.
Yoga is learning to come back to yourself. It’s finding your limits, expanding your boundaries, and being able to truly relax into who you are. This event will bring you to a harmonious state through a variety of classes focusing on yoga fundamentals, connection to self and tools to help you maneuver through the whirlwind of a fast-paced city life.
“Morning Tea Ritual”
A tea ritual is a simple and beautiful way to settle in to the present moment. No sip of tea is ever the same. Preparing tea is an art and meditation on its own, teaching us patience, gratitude and appreciation. Sitting and sipping tea rests the mind, nourishes the body and calms the spirit. Join Edane and awaken your senses with a special cup of tea.

Irina Andreea has practiced yoga on and off for years but it wasn’t until her trip to India that she recognized its true power. It’s power to nurture the soul and bring balance to the physical and emotional bodies through stillness.
Her passion is to help others achieve inner peace through connection to their true self, connection to breath and movement. She uses Hatha based asanas to bring strength, balance and flow on and off the mat.
Danielle i is an artist who found interest in yoga years ago and in 2016 travelled to Rishikesh, India to complete her 200hr teacher training. This training changed her life.
Since then she has used her training to deepen her yoga practice and work closely with clients, teaching yoga through accessible movement, yogic breathing and guided relaxation.
She enjoys teaching a balance of powerful flow style classes along with static asana practices.
